Seminar:  Sifu Benno Westra will be with us for another Wing Chun seminar on Sunday the 8th of August from 12:00pm till 4:00pm.  The Seminar will be held at St Matthews Primary School.  To reserve your place email Steve or call the office now.

Seminar:  Big thanks to Sifu Benno Westra for coming all the way from Amsterdam to teach a great Seminar which was great fun and well received by all who attended.

Grading:  Congratulations to everyone who passed their Grading over the last few weeks.  Certificates will be given out on Moday the 29th of March.

Facebook & Twitter:  Cambridge Kung Fu have pages on Facebook and Twitter so if you are a member then please join the group to keep yourself updated with all that's going on with us.  There's some great videos being added to it so have a look and see what you already know and what you want to learn.

Wing Chun Workshop at ARU:  Sifu Ross recently gave a grading workshop for the Anglia Ruskin University club.  The club is run by Terry Curtis and his team, and it is going really well.  The workshop was a success with all the students passing their 2nd Student Grade in Wing Chun.

Wing Chun Instructor Training:  This month's Instructor Training will be on Sunday the 24th January from 12pm-3pm.  Please let Steve or Col know as soon as possible whether you can attend or not, plus if there is anything specific you want to look at.

Happy New Year:  Happy New Year to everyone, I hope that you are all ready for some Cambridge Kung Fu action in 2010!!  Thank you for all your continued support over the past year it is greatly appreciated and I look forward to seeing you all soon.

Sunday October 18th: Tai Chi seminar with Grandmaster Brian Jones, 2pm - 6pm, in J2 at the The Junction, Clifton Way, Cambridge, CB1 7GX

New Youth Kung Fu Classes:  We will soon be starting new Youth Kung Fu classes at The Perse Upper  School and Linton Village College.  These classes will be exclusive to the students of these schools. If you would like any further information on either of these classes then please email me (Steve).

CKF Water Bottles:  We now have branded Water Bottles on sale if you are in need of a new bottle or just want one with the logo on it please let us know.  They cost £4.00 and can be purchased from one of the team before and after classes.

Bank Holiday Monday:  There will be no classes on Monday the 31st of August due to the Bank Holiday.

Interview with Sifu Benno Westra:  This month's Combat magazine has an interview conducted by our own student Trevor Silvester with Sifu Benno Westra.  The interview also includes a few questions aimed at Ross and there are some pictures from some of the recent seminars taught by Sifu Benno.  Go and grab yourself a copy so you can see if you are in any of pictures!  Combat can be found in most newsagents.  I have a copy of the interview on file, if anyone would like it please email me (Steve) and I will send it to you.
