Profession:
Full time Wing Chun, Escrima Concepts, and Children's Instructor for Cambridge Kung Fu.
Goals:
My aim is total integration of my Martial Arts and Energy Work training into my way of life, so that I can live a long, healthy, and happy life.
As a teacher I want to pass on what I learn to others so that they can benefit and enjoy it as much as I do.
Interests:
When I am not doing or reading about any of the above, you can usually find me lying in the sun with a book, whether it be in a field, on the beach (where I grew up), up a mountain (hard to find in Cambridgeshire), or in a pub (when it's cold). I enjoy playing Trumpet, Djembe, and singing, and love chilling out to some classical music or partying away to something more upbeat. When it is too cold to be outside, I resort to watching lots of movies while doing random things (such as painting models, making chain mail, lying on squidgy balls etc).
