Groundfighting with SiFu Benno and SiFu Pele

On Sunday 10th June, SiFu Benno Westra and SiFu Pele Nguyen taught a Groundfighting Seminar for us here in Cambridge. Here is a review by one of our students and seminar attendee; Josh Horton.

"I always anticipate the Cambridge Kung Fu workshops and this one was no exception. Despite being very physically demanding, the workshop was run very smoothly and it was an honour to be taught by such knowledgeable and friendly guys. SiFu Benno and SiFu Pele clearly have a strong martial understanding and relay that information very well.
